1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://bizlume.in ("Site") and any services provided by BizLume Technology & Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Description

BizLume provides digital transformation services, including but not limited to web development, software architecture, process automation, and system integration ("Services"). Detailed scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs for specific projects are governed by separate master service agreements (MSA) or statements of work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BizLume Technology & Solutions and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Client-specific deliverables, upon full payment, become the property of the Client as defined in the specific service agreement. BizLume retains the right to reuse generic code libraries, knowledge bases, and development tools.

4. User Responsibilities

• You represent warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
• You agree not to use the Service providing false or misleading information.
• You agree not to attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our systems.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

5. Payment and Refunds

Terms of payment are specified in individual contracts. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Refunds are processed according to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement or SOW.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BizLume Technology & Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Website shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
